TNT Desktop Care is an IT help desk and support service that offers users of either PC based or Mac based devices to get support for the device and most of the applications on it.  With our total desktop care and help desk and support offering, users pick between phone support, email support, instant message or remote control via the NOC to help them with the issues listed below.  In addition, we offer a bundle that includes desktop care, help desk and support, and office 365 for a complete “nothing is missing” solution for their favorite endpoint. Support is a 4 tiered predictable offering, accessible on any device, at any time, from any location.  The effect of having the same, predictable experience creates great value to employees as it takes the emotion of any unpredictable outcome out of their day.  First response is less than 10 minutes, with support escalating every hour, until the issue is resolved.  Most issues are resolved by a NOC worker remotely controlling the mouse and keyboard of the user, showing them how to fix the issue.  NOC employees also apply security and maintenance patches to devices, ensuring that they remain up to date, secure and reliable.
