Microsoft products are a part of nearly every home, business, non-profit, government and educational setting in the world.  There is good reason for this, as they have built a reputation as the leading provider of software in the world.  That means there is great need for the Microsoft support services TNT provides.

The Network Team's affiliation with Microsoft is strong. TNT is a managed partner for the Carolina Area, working directly with Microsoft employees and engineers to design, install and maintain solutions that work.  TNT holds competencies both in Communications and in Servers. TNT holds Silver Competencies in Communications and Servers.  TNT is also a Microsoft cloud partner, recommending Office 365 and solutions built upon Windows Azure.

All our full-time engineers are Microsoft Certified Professionals. They participate in both in-depth Microsoft training and lab practice installations to fully understand Microsoft’s offerings. This allows us to proactively reduce risks and minimize time-to-response when issues do come up. The Network Team uses several Microsoft solutions, including Office 365, Systems Center, Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2012.

Without question, TNT's biggest strength is our engineers' ability to design, install and maintain solutions built upon these products.  Once our customers get to know our engineers, trust is quickly established.

TNT executes Microsoft-based projects on a time-and-materials basis, using pre-paid blocks of professional service hours to pay for our efforts.  Projects typically involve a design stage, followed by implementation and cutover periods, where customers have direct access (email and cell phone) to their implementation engineers.  TNT also provides full-service project management to ensure that communications and timelines are updates and delivered to all parties, on a timely basis.  Most larger projects include a weekly check in call that include status updates and next steps. Once a project is complete and is closed out, the customer moves to maintenance mode and TNT is engaged on an as-needed basis, without a requirement of a costly maintenance contract. In some instances, we work directly with the customer throughout the life of the project; in other instances, in-house expertise is used for on-going maintenance and support.
